Day 3, 4, 5, and yeah... 6 - when my plans don't go as planned




On Day 3, I did a short run on the treadmill.  I ate well.

However, Day 4, 5, and 6 I laid low and suffered through not operating at 100%.

It is beyond frustrating to be starting this new healthy process and then get laid out like this... but it is what it is ...and it is "real". Really real.

Tomorrow though, tomorrow is a new day and it is ON! Big plans!

The good news is that I have been without coffee for three days and I am feeling some stomach relief... but wow, do I ever miss coffee...

My food choices have been a tad bit boring... but I have gone grocery shopping, so my meals should get a little more interesting....

Day 19 - Yogahhhhhhh

I love yoga. Yesterday morning I swam for a bit and then hit the sauna (pronounced "s-ow-nah" in Thunder Bay). After 15 mi...
